4) We add corrosion-resistant rare element in the Technical Formula, the seal performance will be better and durable.
5) We use High Strength and High Hardness Tungsten Carbide Materials, such our T.C. Seal is good in Performance; and it has High Hardness, Excellent Corrosion Resistance, Acid resistance, Pressure Resistance and Long Usage Life.

3. Technical Requirements of Tungsten Carbide Seal Ring.
1) The Blank Materials have been used, include their Tungsten Carbide Grade, Physical and Mechanical Property and Metallographic, should reach the relevant Product Standards.
2) The Edge Dropping and Corner Dropping of the Blank should less than 0.33mm.
3) There should not be surface imperfections such as Peeling, Bubble, Layering, Crack, Stoma, Over-burning, Under-burning and so on.
4) The Blank Section Organization should be uniform; there is no black center, bubble, hierarchy, crack, severe carburization, decarburization, bad pressure and other defects. The inspection rules and method of the Blank should be according to the regulation of GB5242.
